Why should I order from Gift Kosher?

Ordering from Gift Kosher is a fun and enjoyable shopping experience. Our gifts are made with love, and special attention is given to all details- big and small.  We are committed to creating gourmet baskets and gifts that are elegant and fresh. Rest assured knowing that all products are made with high-quality foods, and are all certified 100% Kosher.  From placing an order to delivery, customer satisfaction is of key importance to us! 

 

Is there an order minimum?
No, we have a variety of gift amounts and are happy to help with orders big & small.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, you must give us a call immediately to ensure that your order has been canceled. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

Do you ship on Saturday & Sunday?
No there is no shipping on Saturday and Sunday.

Can you ship to multiple locations?
Absolutely! Please send us an email and we will help you with your order. 

When do products ship out?

Unless requested a specific delivery date, most orders placed before 5 PM EST, & 3 PM EST on Fridays will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. We ship daily from Monday - Friday. There is no shipping on Saturday & Sundays. Keep in mind, gift baskets ordered in Brooklyn can be received by the very next day!

When will my order arrive?

The day that the package ships is NOT considered a day in transit. Saturday & Sundays are not counted as days in transit. Arrives anytime till the end of the day, there is no guarantee for the time of day. 

Please note: Shipping delays may be experienced due to severe weather conditions (i.e. hurricanes, tornadoes, severe snow or rainstorms, flooding, etc.). These situations are considered to be out of our control and are not eligible for refunds for shipping charges.

What's the Cut off Time for Same Day Shipping?

Monday through Thursday 5 PM EST, and on Friday 3 PM EST. For orders placed after the cut off time, send us an email or give us a call, and we will try our best to have it shipped out that day.

What happens after I place an order?
After you place an order you will see an order confirmation page. You will then receive the order confirmation through email, so you have it for your records.
If you did not receive an email confirmation for your order, check your spam folder it might have gone there. If not it is possible that the email address was entered incorrectly. Feel free to contact us, for it to be resent. 

When ordering for someone else please notify the receiver so that they can look out for the package. 

Can you ship to a P.O Box?
No we, unfortunately, do not ship to P.O Boxes 

How will I know when my gift has shipped?
When your gift is handed to the shipping company you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package until delivery. 
If you placed an order for multiple gifts, we will provide you with all of the tracking information for the gifts that were shipped that day. If your gifts are set to ship on multiple days, you will receive one email (per order) for each gift that was shipped on that day.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses 

Incorrect addresses may delay shipment. We are not responsible for an incorrect shipping address.
