How is Rosh Hashanah Celebrated?

Rosh Hashanah is both a joyous and reflective holiday. It is very common for those of Jewish faith to consume traditional kosher foods, such and apples and honey and challah bread.

Many Jewish people also practice a custom known as tashlich (“casting off”), in which they throw pieces of bread into a flowing body of water while reciting prayers.

It is also common practice to greet others with a traditional greeting, the Hebrew phrase “L’shana tovah,” which translates to “for a good year.”

When is Rosh Hashanah 2023?

Rosh Hashanah begins the evening of Friday, September 15 and ends at sundown on Sunday, September 17 at sundown.  All Gifts include a personalized Gift Note & beautiful Holiday packaging.

All items are Kosher.
